Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LocalBIX (a SaaS product of SDIT Solutions), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Operator

This website is owned and operated by SDIT Solutions, a sole proprietorship firm registered in India. SDIT Solutions operates the LocalBIX SaaS platform and all related services offered through this website and connected domains.

3. Description of Service

LocalBIX provides AI-powered business growth tools, including but not limited to:

  • Google review monitoring and AI-assisted reply
  • Social media scheduling and content generation
  • WhatsApp Business API integration and auto-replies
  • Lead CRM and pipeline management
  • Public business page hosting with SEO optimization
  • Sitemap submission to Google Search Console
  • Add-on credits (AI actions, WhatsApp messages, storage, etc.)

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use this platform. By using LocalBIX, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Account & User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

LocalBIX offers Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans (described on the Pricing page). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance via our payment processor Cashfree on a monthly or annual basis. Add-on credits are billed separately and have a 30-day validity from purchase (no auto-renewal).

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; the current billing period remains active until expiry. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.
  • Spam, phish, or send unsolicited messages via WhatsApp or other channels.
  • Create fake reviews, ratings, or business information.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limits.
  • Use AI features to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, designs, trademarks, and AI models are the intellectual property of SDIT Solutions or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (reviews, business data, public pages) and grant SDIT Solutions a limited license to use it solely to operate the LocalBIX service for you.

10. Third-Party Services

LocalBIX integrates with third-party services including Google (Business Profile, Search Console, Maps), Meta (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Facebook), and Cashfree (payment gateway). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms. SDIT Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of these third parties.

11. AI-Generated Content

AI replies, content suggestions, and other AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. SDIT Solutions does not warrant the accuracy of AI outputs.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, fail to pay fees, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SDIT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LocalBIX. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SDIT Solutions against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website or registered email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance.
